The
Epiphany Council, with the consent of Robin Bly, the student co-chair,
has called a special Congregational
Meeting on Sunday, December
18, 2011 following worship.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote on refinancing our
mortgage held by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
As per our ULCE Constitution (C10.02), this shall be the sole purpose
of the meeting.
Because of the important and legally binding nature of this agenda
item, Robert’s Rules of Order, latest editionshall
govern the discussion and vote.
The vote will be by written ballot.
